Are u not recieving any system notifications via email?
In some cases, the spam filtering system on your email client might have misidentified the automated email as being spam. Try checking the "Spam" folder in your email inbox.
It's also possible that your company's servers might have blocked your email due to security firewalls. In this case, you should ask your IT administrator to allow emails from noreply@evtrack.com and then try resetting your password again.
If your email have been closed or deactivated for some reason and later reactivated, then we might have to update the status of the email in our mail service, Customer support can assist you with this task.
If you have a simple and obvious formatting error (i.e. ,com or .cmo), we can change that for you without verification. If you misspelled your email or used the wrong account, please contact Customer Support and a representative will be able to assist you.
Greylisting is a method of defending e-mail users against spam. A mail transfer agent (MTA) using greylisting will "temporarily reject" any email from a sender it does not recognize. If the mail is legitimate, the originating server will try again after a delay, and if sufficient time has elapsed, the email will be accepted. Our servers will retry delivery of a deferred email for 72 hours from the time of the first deferral, after which time the email address will be placed on the Block Suppression list.
If you still don't receive an email after trying the suggestions above, please contact Customer Support and a representative will be able to assist you.
