VISITORS

This article explains how to add, modify or delete Visitors via the EvTrack web browser interface. The system user management configuration includes multiple sections, namely Visitor Management; Personnel Management; Vehicle Management; Credential Management & Blacklist management.

Visitor Management

Visitor Management is used to create a list of registered Visitors, where each can be issued with individual credentials. In any EvTrack system, Visitors can be added; have their details edited; have individual credentials applied; have their vehicle info added; have their visit events logged and be issued with an OTP.

1.Select Visitor Management under the Configuration Section of the Drop Down Menu

  1. Then click +New on the Visitors List and add Visitors.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - General. This will display all of the captured information on a selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Profile. This will allow you to enter or modify information on the selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Credentials. This will allow you to add credentials for a selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Credentials - Blacklist. This will allow you to blacklist a selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Credentials - Badge. This will allow you to issue a Badge to a selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Vehicles. This will allow you to add Vehicle Information for a selected Visitor.

  1. Select Manage Visitor - Vehicles - Blacklist. This will allow you to Blacklist a Vehicle for a selected Visitor.
